How does Navigo® handle pre-screening?

Navigo® pre-screening is available for any person entering your facility (i.e., employees, contractors, visitors, students, etc).  Pre-screening can be automated to send a token URL link to any group on a set schedule (i.e., daily, weekly, yearly, etc.).  Pre-screening can also be handled at check-in, as visitors check-in for their appointment, they are required to complete pre-screen at kiosk before receiving approval for entry. 


Can pre-screening also include NDA or form signatures?



Can the pre-screening requirement be enabled and disabled by Customers as needed?

Yes. Pre-screening can be required for only a specific group (i.e., vendors, daily visitors, etc) and be disabled to match current organizational or CDC guidelines.


What is the lead time?

2-4 weeks software only and in-stock equipment.  Custom API integration, custom workflows and/or custom enclosure design/build requested may increase lead time to 8-10 weeks.
