We understand the public’s concern and safety at stake for our workplace, community and our loved ones involving the steps to defend all against the COVID-19 threat. We’ve always been committed to ensuring health protocols for our employees, customers, service vendors and associates alike. We will continue to respond with consideration of others for the well-being of all.
We quickly responded to be strictly compliant with protocols and precedence set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as our local health officials globally. We have enacted our telework protocols, per our business continuity plan, and with our existing internal technologies 90% of our employees are able to comfortably and productively work from home without lowering our service level. Our actions will evolve as new information is being provided from authorities.
We are prepared to continue providing customer support and consultative support for our customers. We are in constant communication with employees, contractors and vendors to be able to act in accordance to our community and business needs as they change.
We are providing ongoing service in observance of social distancing and utilizing every technology available to communicate in real-time.
We are grateful to be able to maintain our operations that enable our people to be in a safe place while we brace for relief of this pandemic.
