Interactive Touchscreen Solutions has installed numerous Navigo Visitor Badging Systems for Rudin Management across Downtown and Midtown Manhattan.
The Rudin family's real estate holdings rank as one of the largest and most respected privately owned portfolios in the city. The fact that Rudin builds, owns, leases and manages its buildings attracts many of New York's most prestigious tenants. Interactive Touchscreen Solutions, Inc. performed a pilot install for Rudin Management at 345 Park Avenue. The roll-out of Navigo Visitor Processing & Badging Systems followed to include the entire New York City portfolio.
The Navigo Visitor Processing & Badging Systems include the Navigo Web-Reservation Module and Visitor Check-In Systems. Tenants of each Rudin Management property logon to the Web-Reservation Module to pre-register their expectant visitors. As visitors arrive to the building, Security takes a photo of each visitor through the Visitor Check-In System and a temporary badge is printed.
