Lancaster County in Pennsylvania contacted Interactive Touchscreen Solutions, Inc. to discuss their options with the Navigo Directory System and the Navigo Active Signage System.

Through discussions with their ITS representative, it was decided to implement both types of systems for the government facility which is home to government offices and a courthouse.

As ITS came into the picture, the two county buildings were separate with entrances on Chestnut and Binns streets. Construction allowed the public to obtain access to either building through a new walkway.

Installed at the Chestnut Street building is one Navigo Directory that features a Braille keyboard with voice prompting and an option for the directory to be viewed in Spanish. ITS also installed three Navigo Active Signage Systems. Installed at the Binns Street building is one directory and one active signage system with the same capabilities.
