The U.S. General Services Administration building in Philadelphia sought a way to improve communication in their building. The Navigo Touchscreen System and the Active/Digital Signage System was recommended and installed in various strategic traffic points within the building.

Three touchscreen systems were placed in the elevator lobbies of each floor. The Navigo Touchscreen Systems offer assistance in finding individuals, departments and services by displaying a map with paths and directions. Each system is housed within the Future enclosure which houses all Navigo hardware along with a handset phone which is used to automatically connect users to an individual.

The Navigo Active/Digital Signage System is used to continually display announcements and important messages to employees and visitors entering the building. Most recently, the Active/Digital Signage System was updated to display important delivery instructions to couriers entering the building since procedure recently changed.
