St. John Medical Center is a regional leader in radiology, cardiology, oncology, urology, wellness and physical rehabilitation. The sprawling campus which now encompasses St. John in mid-town Tulsa Oklahoma is a far cry from the modest, 50-bed structure opened more than 75 years ago. St. John continues to expand its campus. Their most recent construction projects include: the nine-story Siegfried Tower, the 11-story Williams Medical Plaza and a parking garage with over 1,900 spaces.

With such rapid expansion, visitor wayfinding became a top priority for St. John Medical Center; along with the ability to frequently update maps, directions and department changes. To simplify wayfinding, Interactive Touchscreen Solutions installed numerous Navigo Touchscreen Directory & Wayfinding Systems throughout the Hospital.

The Navigo Systems are housed in the free-standing Classic enclosure, which were laminated in a combination of finishes to match the interior surroundings of each location as well as the Quicklink faceplate. Strategic Navigo System locations around the St. John Medical Center campus include main entrances, breezeways, parking garage entrances, waiting rooms and elevator banks.

The systems were installed in phases to coincide with new construction and display maps to direct patients and visitors to areas, services, physician offices and events throughout the campus.
