Sinai Hospital of Baltimore is a nonprofit institution with a mission of providing quality patient care, teaching and research. Sinai Hospital has 467 acute beds and 35 newborn bassinets. Building upon its Jewish heritage, exceptional clinical strengths and its history of service, Sinai Hospital of Baltimore will emerge as a unique institution in the Maryland health care marketplace and be a model for the nation by being a comprehensive health care provider.

Sinai’s challenge was obtaining a system that would  provide wayfinding information and allow security guards to issue visitor passes. Sinai contracted Interactive Touchscreen Solutions to tackle those challenges. Each Navigo System allows visitors to receive wayfinding and hospital information in English and Russian. The Visitor Badging System allows guards to issue visitor passes as well as automatically print out a map to the final destination of the visitor. Each touchscreen system is housed in the free standing Classic enclosure with 19 inch LCD monitors.
