Billings Clinic began exploring their wayfinding needs as expansion plans developed back in 2006. Along with the main hospital, expansion created additional areas for a physician’s clinic and cancer clinic.  The clinics share a common atrium making it a perfect location for a Navigo Directory.

Billings Clinic volunteer staff is able to guide patients and visitors from the Information Desk. The integration of the Navigo System, with a 19” touchscreen atop the same desk, allows for patients and visitors to locate their destination with a few touches of the screen. Maps are printed to further assist in navigation.

While it was years in the making, the Navigo system makes it possible for valuable volunteers to concentrate on other questions patients and visitors may have upon arrival.
