WestHealth has a reputation in the Twin Cities for great care and great doctors. The administrators wanted to expand that reputation to include great service for patients and visitors to the hospital.

Interactive Touchscreen Solutions, Inc. created a solution for the Minnesota hospital permitting patients and visitors to find their destinations through a touchscreen directory. Users are able to search for their healthcare provider through Navigo’s main screen buttons that show the users the name, location and map to their destination.

The 19-inch touchscreen is housed in a custom desk in the hospital’s main lobby. The solution provides an easy to use solution for the users and a simple way for the hospital to save money and staff time.
