Rudin Management has contracted Interactive Touchscreen Solutions to provide
Navigo Visitor Badging Systems for most of their New York City Properties.
Security is a primary concern for many large facilities and the Navigo system helps security maintain proper
records of those in the building.
The latest installation was for One Battery Park Plaza.Once the system was installed, their
primary tenant, Hughes, Hubbard & Reed found the system worked so well, they
decided to install a separate system specifically for visitors to their company.
The system for Hughes, Hubbard & Reed is located in the lobby alongside Rudin’s
main Navigo System. Employees at HH&R continue to pre-register their visitors through the online Web Reservation
System and data specific for their visitors is then sent, in real time, to the
HH&R Navigo System. Upon arrival, the visitor checks in to be issued a badge.
The Navigo Directory systems installed at other Rudin Management locations help
tenants and visitors locate destinations quickly.
Other systems installed at Rudin sites include: 110 Wall Street, 1675 Broadway,
32 6th Ave., 845 Third Ave., 345 Park Ave., 41 and 415 Madison Ave.,
355 Lexington, 40 East 52nd, 80 Pine St.,and One Whitehall .
