Rockefeller Center is a multi-building campus consisting of various buildings in downtown New York City. Tishman Speyer Properties contracted Interactive Touchscreen Solutions, Inc. to replace their existing directory systems with the Navigo Touchscreen Building Directory Systems. After 9/11, the Navigo Visitor Processing & Badging Systems were integrated with Rockefeller Centers security systems to verify visitor identity and issue badges with temporary bar-codes for access to elevators.

Navigo's remote editing with unlimited distribution license was a definite plus for Tishman Speyer property managers. Navigo is also a useful marketing tool! The Concourse level connects all Rockefeller Center buildings underground and provides access to a variety of restaurants, shops and other services. The Navigo System provides a Concourse directory to visitors and tenants. A concourse map with zoom capabilities is also displayed to direct users to the exact location of each amenity.

The Navigo Visitor Processing & Badging Systems include the Navigo Web-Reservation Module and Visitor Check-In Systems. Tenants of Rockefeller Center logon to the Web-Reservation Module to pre-register their expectant visitors. As visitors arrive to the building, Security scans their ID through the Visitor Check-In System and a photo is taken and badge is printed allowing them access through the elevator turnstiles.
