Hartford Plaza encompasses two buildings located in Chicago, IL. Lincoln Property Company required a solution for tenants to pre-register visitors and a means for visitors to self check-in upon arrival. Interactive Touchscreen Solutions, Inc. installed the Navigo Visitor Processing & Badging System in each building lobby.

The Navigo Systems scan visitor IDs, capture a photo and issue a temporary access visitor badge. The systems are housed in the Future enclosure and conveniently located next to the Security Desk. Unannounced visitors may still use the Navigo System's DirectDial feature to be automatically connected to a building tenant.
